About: Aam A. Baqui, MD, PhD, FCAP, FASCP

Dr. Baqui received his medical degree from Dhaka Medical College in Bangladesh and his PhD in microbiology and immunology from University of Maryland in Baltimore. He completed his pathology residency at LU Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. He completed his cytopathology fellowship at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, as well as a clinical postdoctoral medical microbiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He also completed a postdoctoral microbiology and immunology oral medicine fellowship at University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dentistry in Baltimore. Dr. Baqui is board certified in cytopathology and microbiology.
