About Madhavi Reddy, MD, FACG
Dr. Madhavi Reddy is the Chief of the division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and the Program Director of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program.
Dr. Reddy completed her internship and residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. She subsequently completed her gastroenterology fellowship training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center and joined the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at TBHC in 2003.
Her clinical interests include general gastroenterology, liver diseases, Hepatitis B and C, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and colon cancer prevention. She is also actively involved in colon cancer outreach programs and events to promote colon cancer awareness. Dr. Reddy has authored numerous publications and has presented multiple times at national and international meetings. She is member of American College of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American Gastroenterological Association, New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
Dr. Reddy is a Fellow of American College of Gastroenterology and is board-certified in gastroenterology. Her main goal is to provide excellent and compassionate care to her patients in addition to training gastroenterology fellows to become outstanding physicians.
