About Leonard Berkowitz, MD
Dr. Berkowitz leads the medical team at The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s PATH Center, a comprehensive HIV/AIDS center. He also sees patients in his office on the 8th floor at the Physician Pavillion, located on 86 Saint Felix Street. He graduated from medical school from SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, where he also completed his residency and fellowship in infectious diseases. Dr. Berkowitz is certified as an HIV Specialist by the American Association of HIV Medicine. His expertise and compassion for his patients has resulted in numerous recognitions over the years. Dr. Berkowitz is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.
