About Caitlin Carr, MD
Dr. Carr earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. She subsequently completed her fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan. Dr. Carr is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the division of gynecologic oncology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Carr specializes in all aspects of gynecologic oncology including surgical management and chemotherapy for cancers of the uterus, ovary, cervix, vulva and vagina. She is extensively trained in minimally invasive surgical approaches using laparoscopic and robotic platforms for gynecologic cancer and complex benign gynecologic conditions. Dr. Carr is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
