For PGY-1 applicants, at least one letter of reference must be from a faculty member who has precepted the applicant in a clerkship rotation.
PGY-2 applicants must be graduates of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 program and should indicate, in a letter of intent, their preference for the Ambulatory Care or Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy residency program. At least two letters must be from a PGY1 preceptor and/or Residency Program Director.
Applications will be reviewed for academic excellence, professional motivation as demonstrated through service to the pharmacy community, leadership skills and communication skills.
Applicants deemed to have potential as residents will be invited for an interview.
